🧡What payment methods are available?

You can use any of the following methods:

🧡Do I have to register to purchase?

While you do not need to register to purchase, we suggest that you create an account with us for a fast and easy shopping experience!

Some of the benefits of having an account:

- Use saved shipping/billing addresses for a fast and easy checkout

 

🧡How do I use the Discount Code?

You can redeem your Discount Code at the checkout page.
Please note codes are not case sensitive. Even though, we still suggest that you copy and paste your Discount Code to ensure that the code is accurately entered.

 

🧡Delivery time

Routinely we will ship within one week after receiving the customer's order, if there are special circumstances we will communicate with the customer by email.

 

🧡Logistics & Arrival Time

Under normal circumstances in the day of shipment will be related to the e-mail sent to the customer, the customer can through the e-mail or Shopify background order details click on the corresponding logistics single number to view the track of goods transportation.
Our parcels are shipped by air, and will usually arrive at the customer's address within 20 days.

The products on the website are sent out with customs duties paid by us, so customers do not have to pay additional duties.

 

🧡Postal Charge

Hypeindahouse supports free shipping on orders over $100, and shipping for orders under $100 is usually $7.99. We also have a detailed shipping policy for different countries and regions.

 

🧡Refund & Returns

We want you to be as happy decorating your house as we are making them.

If you receive an order that is damaged, missing parts, faulty, or not as described, you can contact us promptly and we will offer a partial refund on a case-by-case basis

If you would like to return your product, simply contact us at: Contact us and we will provide you with the shipping recipient's information. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product in good condition, you will receive a refund within 5 business days.
