Policy Details

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of order fulfillment.
  • Merchandise must be undamaged, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • If the quality issue is our fault, you can get a full refund without returning the product. Customer experience is our top priority.
  • Customer shall take the cost for return shipping. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. No extra charges for returning the products.
  • After your return is received, in most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

1. the customer does not sign for the parcel in time resulting in theft or loss of the parcel;
2. The customer fills in the wrong address resulting in the tail journey cannot be dispatched

  • If you need a refund after receiving the goods, the shipping fee paid in advance will not be refunded because it has already been incurred.
