We sell unique and afforable homeware. Our aim is to offer the most unique products and the best quality at reasonable prices. The majority of our goods are one-of-a-kind and cannot be found elsewhere.

We team up with the coolest designers, brands, and factories, personally check out samples, take our own photos, and bring you the latest and most unique home products every week.

We strive to maintain our stock levels in line with demand. However, from time to time we may become out of stock of a certain product. If one of our products is out of stock, please feel free to send us a message and we'll make sure to let you know when you will be able to order it again.

When will you ship my order?

Orders placed for in-stock items usually ship within 1-5 business days from order placement. Orders placed on Fridays, holidays or on weekends will begin processing on the following business day. Items ordered together may ship separately

Where is my order shipped from?

Our main warehouse is in China, and we also have warehouse in US and Germany. Your parcel will be dispatched by different warehouses depending on the product category.

How long will it take to arrive to my address?

Shipping times vary for each desitination. 

*DELIVERY TYPICALLY TAKES 7-15 DAYS DEPENDING ON THE COUNTRY*

Based on statistics, if your address is correct, 90% of orders will be delivered within 7-10 days.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders $100 and over. 

Orders below $100 being shipped costs a flat rate of $7.99. The specific costs will be adjusted base on the actual weight from $5-$20.

We will take all the freight, duty, taxes and associated fees.

What's Premium Shipping?

The difference between premium shipping and standard shipping is that premium shipping includes shipping protection. Shipping Protection is a type of insurance, if your package is damaged, lost, or stolen, we will either reship or provide a full refund. Premuim shipping do not necessarily mean faster shipping, as they use the same shipping methods as standard services.

What is your return policy?
  • You can easily return an item for a refund within 30 days of order fulfillment through your original payment method, subject to return shipping charges and non-refundable shipping charges on the original order. You can operate by yourself through our Return Center.
  • Merchandise must be undamaged, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • If you receive a product with quality problems, please contact us on the day of receiving the package, you can get a full refund without returning the product. Customer experience is our top priority.

What is your return address?

We have 3 warehouses to receive returns, in China, US and Germany. Once your return application is approved, you will see the complete return address in our Return Center.

What is the return shipping fee?

Customer shall take the cost for return shipping. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable (even if the initial free shipping promotion was used). No extra charges for returning the products.

What is the refund return methods?

Due to our trust in you, once we have received the shipping update, we will promptly process your refund. In most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Can I exchange an item?

If your item doesn't fit or you have ordered the wrong color or style, you will be able to exchange it within 3 days from the date of purchase. 

To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original packaging.  

The process needs to be divided into two steps. The quickest way is to place a new order on the website first, and then apply for a return. You will need to pay for the shipping yourself, and the previous shipping fee will be deducted, besides that there are no other fees.

Special Cases Beyond The Scope Of Compensation

1. the customer does not sign for the parcel in time resulting in theft or loss of the parcel (Unless you choose Premium Shipping, we will compensate for this situation)
2. The customer fills in the wrong address resulting in the tail journey cannot be dispatched
